PLUMBING FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION
We provide custom, detailed plumbing services for your residential new construction project. We’ll work with you from choosing your fixtures and coordinating showroom appointments to implementing custom layouts. Our team manages the project from start to finish and will walk you thru the project when we’re finished so that you know how everything works, where things like shut-off valves are located and what warranties are on for each item. Our team stands behind our work and provides a one-year warranty on our labor after everything is completed and will be there for you should anything need attention.
Our plumbing for new construction services include:
- Copper tubing water pipe installation
- Custom setting of showerheads, grab bars, faucets, outdoor hose faucets in locations that work best for you
- Coordination with others involved in the project such as cabinet and countertop fabricators/installers, HVAC providers, etc.
- Customization of services provided based on the level of need to local contractors
Working with General Contractors
Every General Contractor has their own way of doing things. It’s our job to learn how each General Contractor manages their work flow and the products they prefer. We work together to determine our role in the project and how best we can present our services so that we’re all on the same page and working towards the same goal. Our team is great at adapting our practices to that of our General Contractor customers.
Homeowner Centered Services
Many times, homeowners find themselves in a position where either they do not have a General Contractor or that General Contractor allows them the opportunity to find their own service providers for them to work with. That’s where we come in! Pauli Plumbing will keep you, the homeowner, in the loop and on-task as we make a plan for what needs to get done and when it needs to happen. We work closely with other subcontractors where necessary and help design and layout your plumbing project to fit your style and budget. Communication is key! Especially when we are working with someone that may not have much experience in the home building process.
