Pauli Plumbing was started by Dan Pauli in 1994. Melissa Pauli joined him as an Office Manager and together, they provide expert residential and commercial plumbing services to Watertown and the surrounding area using only top-quality materials at some of the most reasonable rates in the industry.

No matter what size project you have, Pauli Pluming can help you. Our expertise and experience in a multitude of plumbing jobs is at your disposal.  We’re great at utilizing small spaces for big returns.  We’ll get involved in your project at any level that you wish whether it’s working with your General Contractor or handling everything on our own from hiring our own electricians, painters, drywallers, etc. Not good at picking things out yourself?  No sweat, we’re also skilled at choosing the products that fit your style and vision right down to the toilet paper holder!

Dan Pauli

Dan started his career as a plumber in 1987 in Watertown and has been employed in the industry ever since. He received his Master Plumber license from the State of Wisconsin in October of 1994.

Dan is skilled in solving difficult plumbing issues and excels at complex plumbing design. In the last couple of years, some of his larger projects included: a new heifer barn, commercial water heater installation and plumbing for new double 10 milking parlor and freestall barn at McFarlandale Dairy; installation of new stainless steel Ritchie waterers and more at Rosy Lane Holsteins; a new rotary milking parlor, new calf barns and new glycol/chemical piping at Crave Brothers Farm / Farmstead Cheese; and the design and installation of piping and pumps for the fish tanks at Woods and Water Fish Farm.

It’s important to him that customers are satisfied with the end result, whether it be a toilet replacement, new home, or commercial project. His motto is “get the job right the first time!”

Melissa received a degree in accounting in May of 1996 and has been employed as the office manager for Pauli Plumbing since 1994. Another aspect of her job is meeting with customers to guide them in making plumbing fixture selections that fit their budget and lifestyle. She enjoys attending trade shows to stay up-to-date with industry changes.

By attending seminars and participating as a member of PHCC, she is able to stay current with changes in the industry such as trend changes, new products and Aging-in-Place bathroom solutions.

Nick Pauli
Nick PauliLicensed Journeyman Plumber
Nick grew up in and around the plumbing business and has worked for us from a young age. He manages many of our residential new construction projects and works closely with general contractors to make sure our job is completed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of each customer. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing and does quite well in his role as a trainer for our up and coming apprentices.
Jesse Raatz
Jesse RaatzLicensed Journeyman Plumber
Jesse is a well-rounded plumber in multiple areas like service work, mechanical work (like water softeners and water heaters), remodeling jobs and new construction. He’s a great communicator and very efficient at what he does. You’ll find him on various jobs at Pauli since he can pretty much do anything!
Avery Hoedel
Avery HoedelLicensed Plumbing Apprentice
Avery is very detail-oriented in her work and is learning all aspects of plumbing. You’ll often find her working on our new construction and remodeling projects where she is no doubt keeping the job on track. When she’s not on a job site, she’ll be hard at work in our shop managing the inventory to make sure that our team always has the products they need on hand.
Mason Vogel
Mason VogelLicensed Plumbing Apprentice
Mason has a mind for the mechanical aspects of plumbing and is learning the ropes quickly. He’s mostly assigned to farms, remodels and new construction. You’ll often find him accompanying Nick on jobs as he continues to learn and advance his plumbing career.
Gavin Schlender
Gavin SchlenderShop Assistant
Gavin keeps our shop inline inside and out! You’ll often see him visiting job sites when we are in need of an extra hand or simply need parts delivered to keep the projects moving along. He’s a great asset to our team and is always willing to learn or lend a helping hand!
Mary Hassler
Mary HasslerOffice Assistant
Mary takes pride in keeping the daily schedule and projects at Pauli Plumbing organized, which includes re-ordering supplies for our plumbers. She guarantees that our plumbers arrive at your door on-time and ready to complete their work efficiently!
