Small Bathroom Complete Remodel
Every job we work on is a little different. It truly depends upon the customer and what role that want us to take. Sometimes we work as subcontractors to General Contractors and other times (like this one), we assume the General Contractor role and love every minute of it. We planned the entire job from the demolition to installing the toilet paper holder and picking out all the colors. We even planned for this job to be done while the family was on vacation so they didn’t have to deal with any of the mess!
PROJECTS PERFORMED:
Our Goal
Our customer had a very small, cramped bathroom that they came to us looking for an improved room without having to enlarge it. They weren’t interested in the details and only wanted the final product done. We took charge and hired the necessary contractors (electrician, tile installer, painter, drywalled, etc.) and even picked out all the colors for the new cabinetry and paint for the walls.
What we Did
Our team worked with the owners to make the most of the small space. We removed a wall by the shower to open the room up a bit and installed a custom shower base and walls into the small space. We picked out the tile, shower base, faucet style, lighting, mirror, vanity top and all the fixtures. Since the customer was visually impaired, we even chose the paint colors. We love it when we can get so involved in a project – especially when it helps someone too!
This type of project is one of our favorites. We love planning these types of jobs and our team loves working on them. Ask us how we can help you – no project is too big or too small!
